3: Raspberry

150g x Greek Yoghurt

150g x Frozen Raspberries

1 x Banana

20g x Oats

Method

  1. Blend the Base:

Add all the ingredients for your chosen smoothie bowl to a high-speed blender. Blend until completely smooth and creamy. For best results, use frozen fruit for a thicker, ice cream-like texture.

  2. Serve:

Pour the smoothie mixture into a bowl and spread it evenly with a spoon.

  3. Garnish:

Top with your favourite toppings—fruits, nuts, seeds, granola, or anything you love. Get creative!

Tips for the Best Smoothie Bowls

Go Thick:

Freeze your bananas (and even berries) the night before for an ultra-thick, spoonable consistency.

Sweeten Your Way:

Taste your blend before pouring. If needed, add a touch of honey, maple syrup, or your preferred sweetener.

Top Like a Pro:

Toppings are where the fun begins! Mix colours, textures, and flavours - there’s no such thing as too many.
