Baked Macaroni & Cheese Ingredients 160g x Mature Cheddar Cheese 200g x Mozzarella Cheese 70g x Unsalted Butter 70g x Plain/All Purpose Flour 800ml x Milk Salt & Black Pepper (to taste) 400g x Dried Pasta (Macaroni or Spiral) The Topping 1 x Clove of Garlic 5g x Fresh Parsley Pinch of Salt 40g x Breadcrumbs 5g x Paprika 30g x Parmesan Cheese Method 1. Begin by grating both cheeses on the large side of a box grater. Place a saucepan over low heat and add in the butter. Once melted stir in the flour and cook for 3 minutes. 2. Gradually pour in the milk in stages, stirring every time you add it to prevent lumps. Repeat until the milk is fully incorporated. Bring the sauce to a gentle simmer, making sure to continue stirring, and then add the grated cheese. Stir until the cheese has fully melted. Season to taste with salt and pepper if needed and set to one side. 3. To cook the pasta, bring a pan of salted water to a boil and add the pasta. Cook for 7 to 8 minutes. Drain and add it to the sauce, mixing thoroughly. Place into an oven-proof dish or deep tray.   4. To make the topping, add the garlic, parsley and salt to a mortar and pestle or food processor and grind to a puree.Add the breadcrumbs and grind/mix again. Finally, add the paprika and grate in the parmesan and give it one more mix. Sprinkle the topping over your mac and cheese. 5. Garlic Parsley & Lemon Butter Ingredients 340g x Butter 30g x Flat Leaf Parsley Leaves 2 x Cloves of Garlic (Peeled) Zest of 1 Lemon Juice of Half a Lemon Salt & Black Pepper to Taste 1. Blanch the parsley leaves in boiling water for 10 seconds and immediately refresh in ice water to lock in a vibrant green colour. Squeeze out as much water as possible before using. 2. Place the butter, blanched parsley leaves, garlic, lemon zest, lemon juice and salt and black pepper into a food processor or you can use an immersion blender for this and blend together until is as smooth as possible. 3. Wrap it up and place into the fridge for up to 1 week or freezer for up to 3 months. #garlicbutter #flavouredbutter #compoundbutter

Place all ingredients into a mixing bowl and whisk until smooth. This will be a much thicker batter than the British-style pancakes. Cover and rest in the fridge until ready to use. 1. Place a frying pan over medium heat and add a little butter or oil for cooking. Place in some of the batter and form it into a small round shape using the back of a ladle. You can also add some fresh berries here before flipping if you like. Cook for two minutes on each side. Crispy Garlic Green Beans Ingredients 360g x Green Beans 1 x Bulb of Garlic 100ml x Neutral Flavoured Oil (vegetable oil, sunflower oil, avocado oil) 200ml x Chicken Stock 5ml x Soy Sauce 5g x Sugar Method 1. Prepare the green beans by cutting the stalk from the top (if needed) and halving them lengthways. 1. Peel 1 full bulb of garlic, thinly slice most of it and roughly chop 3 cloves to use in the recipe later. 1. Place the sliced garlic into a saucepan and add the oil. Place over low heat and cook until the garlic turns golden and crisp. Immediately remove from the heat and drain through a sieve. You will be left with garlic-infused oil and garlic crisps. 1. Place a wok or sauté pan over high heat and add 1 tablespoon of the garlic oil. Once Hot, add the green beans and stir-fry for 3 minutes. Then add the chicken stock, soy sauce, and sugar. Bring to a simmer and add the chopped garlic. Cook until the stock reduces by half and remove from the heat. Season to taste with more soy sauce if needed. 1. To serve, pile the green beans high onto a plate and drizzle over the chicken stock from the pan. Finish with the golden garlic crisps and enjoy! #crispygarlicgreenbeans #greenbeans #recipe
